If you are based outside of the United States and have moved to a new address since you filled out the address survey last year, please send an update email with the following information to [email protected] by 10am US Eastern Time on August 10th (Wednesday) - final deadline. All of the international orders will be shipped out within the next few days.

Happy holidays! Great news! We received the 1300 units of power banks in our place last week. We have already started shipping out the rewards via USPS since last week. Some of you guys may already have received the packages. When your package has been shipped out, you'll receive an email containing your USPS tracking number from Backerkit or Shopify. If you have not received an email from us, it means that we’re still processing your orders, but have not shipped out yet.
For those still needing to change the address at the last second, please email your new address to [email protected] or send private messages on the platform.

We’d like to give you a quick update about the product shipment. Last week, our 1300 units shipped through ocean freight reached the California port. Having already been offloaded from the container ship, they are ready to be picked up by FedEx and to be cleared at customs. The products will then be shipped to us for fulfillment. We already have the shipping label printer, shipping labels, and bubble mailers stock and ready to go.
At the current rate, it’s possible that a few US backers could receive their products by Christmas, but the rest of the backers will have to wait till after New Year. This is only an estimation. We’ll provide another update once we have more information.

Great news! All 1400 units of power banks in 37 boxes have been shipped out from Shenzhen, China via ocean freight to California port. They will then be picked up by UPS to deliver to our place for fulfillment.
Below are the pictures sent by the factory and local logistics team in Shenzhen.
Our shipping company gives us a month's estimation for delivery. However, we’d like to lower our expectations and expect that there could be delays due to the current peak season and the California port congestion. We expect to start packing your rewards and ship them out no later than late December.
Meanwhile, we’ll keep you posted on how this shipping and fulfillment process goes.
